This replica of the lumbar spinal column consists of the 5 lumbar vertebrae, sacrum and coccyx. The intervertebral discs, spinal cord and lumbar nerves are also shown, as well as a prolapsed disc between the L3 and L4 vertebrae. A section of the sacrum is detachable to show the branching cauda equine. Comes mounted on a stand.
