If you do not receive an automatic notification, please contact our customer service dept. to provide your e-mail address to receive order tracking information. We will update your order with the tracking number and other information as soon as they become available.
- Shipping Methods
- Shipping charges will be applied according to the nature of the product, weight, destination, delivery date, and method.
- US Orders: ship UPS Standard, unless otherwise specified.

- Please specify on your purchase order if you wish to use an alternative shipping method. Your Collect Account Number is required when using a Collect Account.
- Shipping Rates USA
- The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products and your location. Orders of over $75 receive Free Shipping. *Hawaii, Alaska, and off-shore US territories are not included*
- International Shipping Rates
- Shipping rates for international orders will be estimated before completion of your order. All international orders will be subject to applicable customs & duty fees and taxes as per their country’s laws. Please contact our customer service department for more details.
- Turnaround
- We typically process all our orders within 1-2 Business days. You can expect your order within 5-8 days depending on our stock and item availability. We will provide you with an estimated date of shipment and notify you when your order has been shipped.
- Express Shipping
- Certain items and products may be eligible for Next Day and Express Shipping. Contact us to see if your order is eligible and to request a quote. We will require the number of units, method of shipping and destination zip code to process your request. Vision Scientific has special rates with UPS, and the discounts will be applied to your shipping quote.
- Drop Shipping
- We offer drop-shipping services at no additional charge to anywhere in US. Please specify your drop-ship to address on your purchase order. Shipping Charges are prepaid and will be added to your invoice. Partial shipments will be invoiced separately.
